Today’s awesome news is that Rewind has been chosen to be on the 2024 Garden State Teen Book Award ballot for Fiction Grades 6-8.
I’m very excited to be participating in this year’s Gaithersburg Book Festival in Gaithersburg, Maryland. It’s an all-day event on Saturday, May 18, and there will be tons of authors there. We’ll be talking, and signing books, and there are even workshops for kids, teens, and adults. I think it’s going to be super fun!
I hate to be a buzzzzzzzz kill, but we’ve made it to the very last installment of “1993 A to Z.” Which is fine because I was so over talking about the 90s (. . . as if!)
There’s something special about a paperback book, don’t you think? As a kid, my favorite books were always paperbacks. Less stuffy and formal-feeling than those pricey hardcovers, paperbacks were books you could dog-ear, toss in your backpack, and sleep with under your pillow.
